Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
All items offered and sold by Ties That Bind Handmade are created for personal use, as such ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Ties That Bind Handmade DOES NOT accept Returns, offer Exchanges, nor issue Refunds for orders placed, processed and shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will strive to assist.
Ties That Bind Handmade does offer partial refunds for orders cancelled before they have been shipped. The customer will receive their refund, minus a 3.5% processing fee.
Should you receive a defective item, you may send an email to customer service at: orders@tiesthatbind.shop. In the email, you should detail the issue with the item, providing pictures to illustrate your concerns. Should it be determined that you have received a defective item, Ties That Bind Handmade may choose to resolve the matter in one of the following manners: 1) send a replacement item, 2) issue a store credit, or 3) offer a discount/promotional code to be utilized toward a future purchase.
