“Birds of a feather flock together,” a proverb that goes back hundreds of years, expresses how people with similar values, interests, ideas, background or characteristics will often congregate, hang out and/or stick together, similar to the fact of how birds congregate with birds of their own species.
 
This strand is an Ode to the Waist Beads Sisterhood, inspired by the many sisters that I have encountered in my own waist beads journey.
